Located in Southern California, I have been an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA)
Certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Consultant, and Massage Practitioner for 10 years. My business
ranges from clientele needs such as diabetes, obesity, over 40 training, cancer, HIV/AIDS, and wom-
en's health concerns with strong emphasis placed on the individuals dietary needs to promote opti-
mum success and prolonged health.

FITNESS CONSULTATIONS - Before embarking on a fitness program, I put potential clients through
a Fitness Consultation. The consultation is an incredibly valuable tool for not only myself to learn
what the long and short term goals are and how to incorporate them into future workouts, but also
for the clients knowledge base. This gives them the opportunity to learn specifics regarding fitness
and nutrition while I have the opportunity to test their flexibility, body composition, cardiovascular fit-
ness, and I also get the chance to work with them regarding their nutrition and workout habits. For
those individuals just starting out, a Fitness Consultation will help not only to educate, but will also
motivate. For fitness enthusiasts that have reached a plateau with their training regimes, they may
have a need to 'boost' their programs. Starting with information and helpful tips to achieve those
goals from the present fitness state can prove incredibly valuable for long term success. Rate for
the Fitness Consultation is $100 for a 90 minute incall session. $125 for the outcall session.

PERSONAL TRAINING - As a Personal Trainer, I work with my clients to not only provide information
and motivation to help them achieve the most out of their workouts, but to also teach them the long
term benefits that embarking on a fitness program can give them. For beginners, they may have the
enthusiasm of starting on a new path, but they also need the confidence to take charge of their fit-
ness and health. Understanding how their muscles work and learning information regarding correct
breathing techniques and proper form are essential for long term success and to keep them coming
back into the gym. As each step is taken and new things are learned, confidence in their abilities
grow. As they see and feel the changes taking place in their physiques, they understand that this is
all a result of their first step. For incall sessions in the Orange County area, I train my clients at the
Las Palmas Fitness Facility located within mere minutes of the Jamboree exits of both the 405 and
5 Interstate Freeways. This facility has numerous pieces of cardiovascular equipment, Paramount
Machines and free weights with access to a heated pool and jacuzzi. If a client has adequate fitness
equipment, I'm also available for in-house training. Hours of availability depend on the rotating sched-
ule of regular clientele and schedules generally book up 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Rates range
between $85 - $125 per session with certain restrictions applying towards a public/commercial
gym facility.
Special packages are available for multiple sessions.

NUTRITION CONSULTATION - The Nutrition Consultation is generally for those with a broad knowl-
edge base of their workouts, but need help to enhance their fitness routines through their diets. I
don't need to work with an individual in a training facility to assist them with their diet habits. Many
people have beneficial exercise routines that are working for them, but they still cannot find the cor-
rect balance between nutrition and exercise. It is a fact that 75-85% of your appearance is not only
based on exercise but also a successful nutrition program. This aspect of your health cannot be ig-
nored to reach your short and long term goals. Rate for the Nutrition Consultation is $100 for the
90 minute incall session. $125 for the outcall session.

ficates are available for all services.
